We are so proud to work with over 100 patient organisations across the globe. This is a huge milestone for our organisation – over 100 Affiliates are now part of Global Heart Hub, joining us on our mission to advocate for the best possible outcomes for people living with heart disease. Our Affiliate reach is now 33 countries – Austria, Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Mexico, Nepal, Netherlands, Nigeria, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Rwanda, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, USA, United Kingdom.
