Global Heart Hub 2025 Annual Review

2025 was a year of growth, collaboration and impact for Global Heart Hub and our global community.

Together, we strengthened our network of 154 patient organisations across 44 countries, advanced patient-led research, launched our Clinical Research Initiative, drove action on women’s cardiovascular health and contributed to the first-ever EU Cardiovascular Health Plan. It was truly a year of meaningful progress.
