How Adhere Digital helped and amplified the voice of Global Heart Hub through Google paid search.

In the past, finding a good digital agency to help us with our paid search campaign was a challenge for Global Heart Hub. We needed an agency that could understand our needs and our role as a not-for-profit organisation set up to give a voice to those living with or affected by cardiovascular disease.

As Adhere Digital has already worked in the NGO sector on the charity grant that Google Ads provides, they have the necessary experience to support our activities.

With their support, we have been able to fully utilise our Google Ads Grant to further our core mission of ensuring the best possible outcomes for people living with heart diseases.

As the first global non-profit organisation established to provide a voice for those living with or affected by cardiovascular disease, we aim to create a global cardiovascular disease community that advocates for, supports, educates and empowers patients and caregivers all over the world.

To achieve this, we have amplified our target audiences across the world and translated ad copy to provide the most relevant content for those who need it (such as Spanish and French speaking countries).

For Global Heart Hub, understanding the needs and behaviour of our community is important. For that reason, Adhere has set up tracking systems to optimise data generation, such as PDF downloads, email clicks and phone clicks.

Adhere Digital has also helped us to amplify our message on specific campaigns such as Heart Failure Awareness Month.

The collaboration with Adhere has enabled Global Heart Hub, to make better use of the Google Ads Grant, increasing spend by 110%, clicks by 880% and impressions by 1700% YOY.

Global Heart Hub is grateful for the hard work and dedication Adhere Digital has shown throughout our relationship and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

We highly recommend Adhere Digital to any charity, organisation or foundation looking to maximise spend on their Google Ad Grants.
